1. Lawful and authorized use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate any law, regulation, court order, or enforceable contractual duty;
  • engage in fraud, deceptive or predatory conduct, unlawful discrimination, fair-housing violations, unlicensed activity, or misrepresentation of a real-estate transaction;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights; or
  • facilitate conduct that you know or reasonably should know is unlawful or materially harmful.

2. Accounts, access, and tenant boundaries

  • Do not access or attempt to access another company’s workspace, records, documents, sessions, credentials, or systems without express authorization.
  • Do not share credentials, bypass account verification, defeat permission checks, evade company-level tenant isolation or row-level security, or probe for cross-tenant data.
  • Do not impersonate another person, misstate your authority, or invite users without the Customer’s authorization.
  • Do not use automated means to create accounts or extract data except through interfaces we expressly authorize.

3. Data, privacy, and documents

  • Submit Customer Data only when you have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis needed to collect and use it.
  • Do not upload malware, stolen data, unlawfully obtained prospect lists, or documents you are not authorized to possess or share.
  • Do not store account passwords, authentication tokens, complete payment-card numbers, protected health information, biometric identifiers, government identification numbers, or similarly sensitive data unless we expressly approve the data type in writing.
  • Do not use Customer Data for harassment, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or purposes incompatible with notices given to the affected individuals.

4. Communications and imported lists

If the Service makes a communication, export, or contact-list feature available to you, you must comply with all applicable consent, do-not-contact, anti-spam, telemarketing, caller-identification, recording, and marketing laws. You may not:

  • contact a person without any consent or other legal basis required for that channel;
  • ignore opt-outs, suppression records, or do-not-contact requests;
  • use misleading sender information, subject lines, caller identity, or content;
  • send abusive, threatening, deceptive, or unlawfully discriminatory messages; or
  • use a third-party list in violation of its source restrictions or the rights of listed individuals.

Platform transactional email is for legitimate account, invitation, security, service, import, and billing events and may not be repurposed for customer marketing campaigns.

5. Service integrity and security

  • Do not introduce malicious code, conduct denial-of-service activity, overload the Service, evade rate limits, or interfere with another user’s access.
  • Do not scan, test, or exploit vulnerabilities without our prior written authorization. Good-faith reports should use the contact below.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical restrictions except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated requests in a way that exceeds documented limits or degrades the Service.

6. Prohibited content and activity

You may not use the Service to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal; malicious; fraudulent; defamatory; exploitative; unlawfully discriminatory; or designed to threaten, harass, or facilitate physical harm. You also may not use the Service for trafficking, exploitation of minors, terrorism, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or other serious criminal activity.

7. AI Help Assistant

  • Do not place credentials, seller or buyer records, property details, contracts, financial information, documents, or other sensitive Customer Data in assistant prompts.
  • Do not attempt to extract system prompts, secrets, another company’s information, or restricted Help Center content.
  • Do not represent AI output as professional advice or as an action completed by the Service. The assistant is read-only and cannot change CRM records.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit functionality, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, customers, third parties, or legal compliance. We will consider the nature, severity, duration, and recurrence of a violation and will provide notice and an opportunity to cure when appropriate. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination under the Terms of Service or referral to appropriate authorities.

9. Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse or a security issue using the contact below. Do not include active credentials or unnecessary Customer Data in the initial report.
