Lead intake and contact
Create or import a lead, check for duplicates, assign ownership, record progress, and schedule the next step.
Platform overview
A&A DealFlow connects the people, properties, opportunities, tasks, offers, contracts, buyers, documents, and status changes that move work from seller intake through closing.
Connected record model
A seller can be connected to property and lead records. The lead carries ownership, pipeline stage, tasks, notes, appointments, and activity. Offers and accepted opportunities continue into deal, contract, document, buyer-interest, and closing records.

The goal is not to duplicate every detail. It is to keep the source record and the next action clear.
Create or import a lead, check for duplicates, assign ownership, record progress, and schedule the next step.
Review property context, compare transparent offer scenarios, and retain a history of the decision.
Move the accepted opportunity into contract documents, buyer interest, offers, assignment, deposit, and closing work.
Daily operations
Review follow-ups due, overdue tasks, appointments, recent activity, and the current pipeline views available to your role. Open the record, complete the work, and preserve the activity in context.
Team and control
Invite employees, use fixed roles mapped to permission keys, assign work, manage member lifecycle, and review audit or activity visibility. Server-side authorization remains the source of truth.
Data in and out
Map CSV fields, preview and validate rows, check duplicates, run the import, review row outcomes, and roll back supported jobs. A PropStream mapping preset is available for exported CSV files; there is no direct PropStream API connection.
Learn the system
Role-aware onboarding, contextual Help, guided tours, and a read-only AI Help Assistant explain the application without granting an assistant permission to act.
